Who pays for the beverages?

Both models work. Many properties cover it as an included amenity; others pass the cost through to residents at a fixed monthly fee or per-pour. We help you model both.

Do you handle the cleaning?

Yes. Lines, faucets, and couplers are cleaned on a documented brewery-grade cadence. You never touch the system.

What if a tap goes down on a weekend?
